• Validation Window: Partner stores (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho) enforce standard cancellation and return windows. Pending points remain locked during this period.
• Approved Status: Once the merchant completes validation, closes the return/exchange window, and approves the net commission (typically within 60 to 90 business days), your pending points are officially transferred to Approved Points.

3. Point Redemption & Usage

• Redeemability: Only Approved Points are eligible for redemption.
• Store Checkout: Approved points can be used at checkout as an instant payment discount against eligible physical products available directly on our official website store.
• Non-Transferable: Reward points are non-transferable between user accounts and cannot be exchanged for physical cash or direct bank transfers.

4. Order Cancellations, Returns & Disqualifications

• If an order is canceled, returned, refunded, or rejected by the merchant, no commission is generated; consequently, associated Pending Points will be revoked/canceled.
• Self-purchases using direct personal affiliate IDs without standard platform tracking, bulk/reseller orders violating merchant terms, or suspicious/fraudulent activity will lead to immediate point forfeiture and account suspension.
